The Old Games

I started my Pokemon journey with Pokemon Sapphire. Since then I've owned at least two games from every generation. The only games I have left are Soulsilver, White and White 2. Here's a list of the games I have owned, and the first starter I used.

• Sapphire (Treecko) 
• Diamond (Turtwig)
• Pearl (Piplup)
• HeartGold (Totodile)
• SoulSilver (Cyndaquil)
• White (Tepig)
• White 2 (Oshawott)

Yeah, I just wrote that in case anyone who reads this blog was interested, and to show I apparently have no preference as to which type I prefer, really. I haven't completed most of those games but I did end up completing Sapphire at least 10 times with a different starter each time. (Yes, I love sapphire like no other game ever, so they better make a remake. NOW)

Froakie

My iPad is playing up, so here's attempt number four to post the best pics from my quick #froakie search on instagram. This post was a lot more enthusiastic the first time , believe me, so I'll try and re-inject some fun. IT'S SO CUTE I'M GONNA DIE!!!!!!!

Pokemon X and Y

Well, in case you hadn't heard..... Nintendo/Game Freak are releasing two BRAND NEW Pokemon games exclusively to 3DS. Their names are X and Y, and in case you haven't seen it, the trailer is embedded below.

Game Freak have done it. They took the big leap and after the Black/White disappointment, they've finally managed to churn out a game worthy of big sales and hype. The best thing it, it'll be released worldwide SIMULTANEOUSLY. Awesome or what?

Oh, and here are the starters, from left to right. Froakie, Fennekin, Chespin.

 Personally I'm going for Froakie, and I'm in the minority.
